چکیده

Background: Nowadays cardiac problems are the main cause of death. It includes coronary artery disease, angina pectoris (stable and unstable), congestive heart failure, etc. Objectives: The aim this paper was to generate scientific data regarding In silico analysis beta-sitosterol, coumaric acid, lupeol, qurecetin, urosolic acid Muscarinic (M2) receptor. Materials Methods: leaf powder treated with different reagents prepared extracts. phytochemical screening carried out by extracts for presence various metabolites. RCSB protein bank had used docking studies. Results: clearly revealed metabolites like flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, In-silico very good interactions cholinergic receptor (M2). obtained score is -7.96, -5.63, -6.7, -7.73, -5.82 quercetin, respectively, which lies in standard scale. Conclusion: All these (compounds) present Quisqualis indica (aqueous ethanolic) found be cardio protective agents.

Molecular Docking and Rare Codons Evaluation in the Luciola Lateralis luciferase, an in Silico Study

Luciferase enzymes are involved in the bioluminescence reaction (light emission by living organisms). The bioluminescence process is a widespread phenomenon in the Nature. These enzymes are identified in some domains of life, but the luciferases from lampyrid genus are considered of for biological applications. The molecular cloning of a new type of firefly luciferase from Luciola lateralis was...

In silico Prediction and Docking of Tertiary Structure of LuxI, an Inducer Synthase of Vibrio fischeri

Background: LuxI is a component of the quorum sensing signaling pathway in Vibrio fischeri responsible for the inducer synthesis that is essential for bioluminescence. Methods: Homology modeling of LuxI was carried out using Phyre2 and refined with the GalaxyWEB server. Five models were generated and evaluated by ERRAT, ANOLEA, QMEAN6, and Procheck. Results: Five refined models were gener...

Molecular docking and in silico ADME prediction of Ticagrelor as an antagonist of the P2Y12 receptor

The purpose of the present research work is prediction of electronic and physico-chemical properties of the novel medicinal compound Ticagrelor (AZD6140) using density functional theory (DFT) method. Firstly, its molecular structure was optimized at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) basis set of theory at room temperature. The global reactivity indices used to study the reactivity and stability of the title ...
